I offer freelance editing services for children's book manuscripts, drawing on my fifteen years of experience in children's publishing. I edited books at Random House for four years and then continued to freelance edit the New York Times bestselling Junie B. Jones series, written by Barbara Park. I have also worked as a copyeditor, managing editor, and editor-at-large for an educational resources company. My specialty is books for younger readers (especially beginning readers and picture books) but I can also work on middle-grade and YA novels.

My current rates are $75/​hour with a one-hour minimum. I can provide anything from a one-time manuscript critique to a longer back-and-forth process involving multiple revisions, depending on your needs. Please feel free to email me for more information.
